Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cotxapi. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please read our return policy below to learn how you can return or exchange your items.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not be marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.
  • Items must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@cotxapi.com or call us at +1 (209) 339-6254 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a return authorization number (RAN), if applicable.

Please ensure that your return is securely packaged and includes the return authorization number (if required) to avoid any delays in processing your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges at this time.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page

These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cotxapi.com or call +1 (209) 339-6254. We will assist you with processing your return or exchange and ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

8. Refunds for Promotional Items

If you purchased an item using a promotional discount or coupon and wish to return it, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid for the product, not the full retail price.
